How to become prosperous and prosper the days of your life?
Do you want to prosper in your business? Do you want to prosper in your job or in your pursue of education? Do you want to prosper in your finances and achieve financial freedom? Or do you simply want to prosper with your family and love ones? All of these prosperities are offered by God to us. He wants us to prosper in life. This is the reason why He has given us His instructions and commandments – so that we may follow and obey them to prosper our lives.
If we will keep God’s commandments in our hearts, minds and actions – they will bring prosperity in our lives. This is because all the instructions and commandments of God are based on self-discipline, diligence, wisdom and righteousness – all are virtues that will lead us to real and long lasting prosperity.
Deuteronomy 29:9 (NKJV)
Therefore keep the words of this covenant, and do them, that you may prosper in all that you do.
1 Kings 2:3 (NKJV)
And keep the charge of the LORD your God: to walk in His ways, to keep His statutes, His commandments, His judgments, and His testimonies, as it is written in the Law of Moses, that you may prosper in all that you do and wherever you turn;
1 Chronicles 22:13 (NKJV)
Then you will prosper, if you take care to fulfill the statutes and judgments with which the LORD charged Moses concerning Israel. Be strong and of good courage; do not fear nor be dismayed.
Moreover, God is also pleased with obedient people and He blesses them who are obedient to Him.

Blessings on Obedience
“Now it shall come to pass, if you diligently obey the voice of the LORD your God, to observe carefully all His commandments which I command you today, that the LORD your God will set you high above all nations of the earth. And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, because you obey the voice of the LORD your God:
God’s commands keep us away from sins, vices, ungodliness, folly and wickedness which bring misery and destruction.
Job 36:10-12 (NKJV)
He also opens their ear to instruction,
And commands that they turn from iniquity.
If they obey and serve Him,
They shall spend their days in prosperity,
And their years in pleasures.
But if they do not obey,
They shall perish by the sword,
And they shall die without knowledge.
The prosperity that comes from God, through our consistent obedience of His Words, is lasting.
Psalm 1:1-3 (NKJV)
Blessed is the man
Who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly,
Nor stands in the path of sinners,
Nor sits in the seat of the scornful;
But his delight is in the law of the LORD,
And in His law he meditates day and night.
He shall be like a tree
Planted by the rivers of water,
That brings forth its fruit in its season,
Whose leaf also shall not wither;
And whatever he does shall prosper.
So now, if your life is in prosperity – be joyful and thankful. But if you are experiencing difficulty – start to consider God’s instructions and commandments to us so that you may begin to prosper. Remember that He is a God of justice, grace and mercy.
Ecclesiastes 7:14 (NKJV)
In the day of prosperity be joyful,
But in the day of adversity consider:
Surely God has appointed the one as well as the other,
So that man can find out nothing that will come after him.
